An AI context pack is a single Markdown file — written in the open Agent Skills format — that carries everything an AI assistant needs to know about your business: canonical facts, the prices you actually charge, what you sell and don't, how you talk to customers, and the rules it must never break.

The problem it solves
Every AI session starts from zero. You explain your pricing on Monday and get a great quote; Thursday's session knows nothing, and your employee's session knows even less — so it invents details that sound plausible. Output quality swings with whoever typed the prompt.

What's in the file
Six sections, roughly in order of value:
- Canonical facts — name, locations, service areas, hours, contact details, real current prices
- Offers and boundaries — what you sell, what you don't, and who to refer instead
- Voice — taught with real before/after examples, because examples transfer and adjectives don't
- Rules and red lines — the claims and promises that cost money when guessed
- Reusable specifics — the numbers and local details that make output credible
- Working conventions — formats, templates, house style
What we deliver

What it does not do
It will not get you cited by AI search engines. A context pack improves the AI you hire; being recommended when a customer asks ChatGPT is separate AEO and GEO work. And putting the file on your website does nothing — no crawler reads it there.
